FNAC Group is locally owned and operated, established here in Cairns for the past 19 years. We |
| operate in three main areas being Service & Maintenance, Installations & Sheet Metal Fabrication and |
| Coldroom & Freezer Hire. We offer a 24 hour 7 day breakdown service to our customers with qualified |
| technicians on call on a roster system. |

We install, maintain and service commercial & domestic air conditioning, commercial & supermarket |
| refrigeration, beer systems and also coldrooms & freezers. With our Electrical Licence and qualified |
| Electricians we are able to perform most tasks in house which also enables us to have control over most |
| repairs or installation projects. |

With a BSA Unlimited Design Licence for air conditioning, refrigeration & mechanical services, we are |
| able to determine heat loads with the ACADS BSG heat load programme. This is valuable on new projects |
| and also existing systems to determine capacities. |

We work mainly in Cairns and the surrounding areas including Innisfail, Atherton, Mareeba, Malanda, |
| Kuranda, Port Douglas, Mossman and Cape Tribulation. We have worked from time to time in Townsville |
| to the south, New Guinea and Thursday Island to the north. Doomadgee and the Northern Territory |
| border to the west and most places in between. |
